As National Vice President at Real Appeal, I led the development of strategic market playbooks and a highly effective startup strategy playbook, resulting in an impressive $56 million Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) achievement. Over four consecutive years, including two years post-acquisition by Rally, we consistently met 100% of annual targets. During my tenure, we experienced exponential revenue growth, increasing from $24 million to $48 million within two years by strategically expanding into new employer, payer, TPA, M&A, and group retiree markets.
My expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and gap plan execution facilitated the successful penetration of over 65% into UnitedHealthcare’s book of business, encompassing fully insured plans and ASO employer groups. These accomplishments are a testament to my operational proficiency and strategic insight, cultivated since my initial role as an individual contributor focused on the Southeast Region.
In 2018, Real Appeal was acquired by Rally Health, marking a pivotal moment in our journey. Following the acquisition, my leadership role continued to evolve, further solidifying our position in the market and driving continued success.
