Their services encompass a wide range of offerings, including biometric screenings, a 24/7 nurseline, telephonic wellness coaching, employer rewards and incentive management, onsite clinic and staffing, as well as health education programs.

Before assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer at Spectrum Health Systems, my journey in healthcare leadership began as the Director of Sports Medicine at Kaiser University. Concurrently, I embarked on an entrepreneurial endeavor, conceptualizing and developing a business plan for a healthcare startup, Health and Wellness Advantage. This venture served as a testament to my entrepreneurial spirit and passion for innovation in healthcare.

It was the strategic vision and execution behind Health and Wellness Advantage that ultimately led me to Spectrum Health Systems. This startup venture, aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery through onsite wellness centers and clinics, garnered significant traction, with a notable presence of 13 onsite facilities. This success culminated in a pivotal acquisition in 2014, underscoring my ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities in the healthcare landscape.

Upon joining Spectrum Health Systems, I transitioned into the role of Chief Operating Officer, where I led a team of 25 FTEs and directed comprehensive operations, sales, and new business expansion initiatives. Leveraging my entrepreneurial background and strategic acumen, I orchestrated cross-functional collaborations to execute strategic initiatives across various departments, driving growth and operational excellence.

Throughout my tenure at Spectrum, I remained committed to fostering a culture of excellence, driving revenue growth, and optimizing operational efficiencies. My leadership played a pivotal role in elevating organic growth by 25% and facilitating a remarkable 150% increase in operational capacity. These achievements underscored my ability to drive transformative change and position Spectrum Health Systems as a leader in the healthcare industry.
