As Senior Vice President of Growth and Market Management at Rally Health, I spearheaded the execution of new business initiatives and organic growth strategies, managing pipeline dynamics and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) across various channels. With a primary focus on employer sales, I led a team responsible for achieving targets exceeding 250 million annually, encompassing a diverse portfolio of solutions such as Digital Care Navigation, Incentives/Rewards, Real Appeal, Coaching, EAP, Biometrics, and Quit For Life.
During my tenure, I oversaw the expansion of our solution sales team from eleven members to 24 direct reports, including leading the growth ops team, proposal team, solution consultants, and digital health consultants. This ensured seamless collaboration and alignment across departments, facilitating our exponential growth.
In addition to my role as SVP, I served as the regional growth officer for the central region, where I spearheaded on-the-ground strategy development, comprehensive account management, and sales activities. Through my efforts, we exceeded targets, achieving over 100% growth and securing an impressive ARR of $84 million in 2019.
Following Rally Health’s acquisition by Optum in 2021, I played a pivotal role in seamlessly transitioning our services to OptumHealth. I continued to drive sales growth through dynamic strategies and strategic partnerships, facilitating alignment and execution of long-range plans to achieve our ambitious $410 million growth targets.
